TPS-3830 Automation and Process Control Training System

This course introduces the student to basic and advance Automation and Process Control. This technology is being used today in the most varied fields of manufacturing.

This course deals with the basic automation mechanical and electronics technology using pneumatics components, logic control and process control application.

The student gains an understanding of the physical and technological aspects of Automation and Process Control and their interrelationship with various commonly found technological applications.


The system's infrastructure consists of a compact modular desk-top unit expandable and modular.

The System's hardware configuration enables realistic an ideal tool for implementing, operating and control circuits by fixing the component on the modular desk top unit.

The system is an ideal tool for building, operating and controlling circuits that include pneumatics, electro-pneumatics, sensors, actuators, electronics and process control components and controllers.

The training system includes components specially designed for educative use, working at pressures that are used in the laboratory (1-8 bars).

All the components are designed to work with a pressure of 8 bars.

The training system is based on a master board (80 x 60 CM), made of metal frame and a system of modular components that can be easily mounted in the board and consists of three applications:

TPS-3910 CNC Milling Machine Training System

The TPS-3910 CNC Milling machine training system introduces the students to the world of CNC technology.

TPS-3950 Air-Conditioning Training System

The Air-Conditioning training systems is designed to provide students with fundamentals and advance training program in basic and professional & Air-Conditioning technology. The training system introduces various systems and real components.

The training system brings a comprehensive view of the entire Air-Conditioning system. Actual components and their interconnection, functions, operation, diagnosis, and repair methods under hands-on safe activities are part of the training program.


The training system is constructed of a Main Platform Unit for Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration TPS-3950. This unit is designed to accommodate the different panels like TPS-3952 (Basic Air-Conditioning), and TPS-3954 (Professional Air-Conditioning). All panels are quickly plugged into the Main platform.

Principles, functions, and operations of the whole system as well as individual components are demonstrated. Students can perform tests, take measurements, and troubleshoot each system.

The basic and the panels also include system graphics, switches, push buttons, measuring points, LCD display, potentiometers, sensors and peripheral connections.


TPS-3950 Refrigeration Training System

The Refrigeration training systems is designed to provide students with fundamentals and advance training program in basic and industrial refrigeration. The training system introduces various systems and real components.

TPS-3011 - Process Control Training System

This course introduces the student to process control, sensors and consumers, open and closed loop system control, regulation and PID control. The system is built as a modular analog controller.

The system is stand-alone, containing all the necessary electronics components needed for performing the experiments.

The system can be connected to a PC for computerized measurments and signal display.


TPS-3071 - PLC Control training system

This course introduces the student to control applications using software control, PLC or microcontroller. The student control sensors and motors performing exercises like traffic light control, elevator control, DC and step motor control, light control and temperature control.
